Of course! There’s a place for you here! Our classes are designed for all levels and our teachers offer modifications to help you meet yourself where you are at. The beautiful thing about yoga is that the practice is all about being with yourself where you are in this moment. When you come to class, feel free to ask questions and take class at your own pace!

Yoga isn’t about flexibility! The physical practice, or asana, helps us move energy and open channels in your body. Over time, your practice will help you build strength and flexibility in a way that works best for you and your body.

What you wear will be specific to you. Some people wear leggings and tighter fitting clothing, while others prefer clothes that are looser and more flowy. We recommend wearing clothes that you feel comfortable in and that won’t restrict your movement. Shoes are not worn in the studio, so please remove them when you arrive.

If you have a yoga mat, you can bring that. If you don’t, we have yoga mat rentals available for $2. We also recommend bringing a water bottle, layers, and an open mind!
