Amy Saunders
she/her
Amy first came to yoga as a way to relieve stress and cultivate a fitness practice rooted in intentional movement. Over time, yoga became much more than a physical practice—it became a path of self-discovery, mindfulness, and deeper connection to her mind, body, and heart. Her exploration of yoga naturally expanded into a passion for yoga philosophy and Buddhist teachings, which continue to inspire both her personal practice and approach to teaching.
With Amy, the vibes are always immaculate. Her mindful, calm, and gentle presence creates a welcoming space where students can explore their own practice with curiosity and compassion. Her classes emphasize mindful self-inquiry, encouraging students to deepen their connection to themselves while building awareness, resilience, and trust in their own bodies, minds, and hearts.
Amy is the co-owner of Soma Studio. She completed her 500-hour yoga teacher training through Fluid Yoga School and has continued her studies in HEALing, SPA, and Yin Yoga. She is currently completing her 100-hour Mat Pilates Certification and Level 1 Thai Yoga Practitioner Certification, reflecting her commitment to lifelong learning and holistic wellness.
When she isn't on the mat, Amy enjoys reading, hiking, traveling, exploring Buddhist philosophy, and spending quality time with her partner, family, friends, dog, and cat.

Vic Amico
she/they
Vic believes that everyone deserves to feel at home in their body and knows firsthand the courage it can take to claim space. When she began her yoga journey, she believed she didn't have the "right" body for yoga. Through practice, she challenged those beliefs and discovered that yoga is for every body. Today, she is passionate about creating inclusive spaces where students can build confidence, redefine what is possible, cultivate self-trust, and experience the transformative benefits of yoga.
A lover of nature and an enthusiastic tree-hugger, Vic weaves presence, connection, and reverence for the natural world into her teaching. Her classes invite students to explore their inner landscape, fostering greater peace, compassion, and joy.
Vic is the co-owner of Soma Studio and completed her RYT-500 through Fluid Yoga School. She has continued her studies in SPA Yoga, Ayurveda, herbalism, and Reiki, and is a Level 4 Reiki Master.
When she's not on the mat, you'll likely find her creating something, singing, hiking, curled up with a good book, or spending quality time with friends, family, and her cat.
