Yoga • Community • Connection

Soma Studio is an inclusive, welcoming sanctuary and supportive yoga community. We seek to illuminate the yogic teachings, empower all to find their own happiness, and help all find a path to a more tranquil and fulfilling way of living.  We are grounded in yogic traditions but also incorporate other practices that support health, wellness, and mindfullness. We offer a range of classes that are suitable to all levels of practitioners.  We offer heated and non heated Vinyasa style classes, Yin Yoga, Pilates, and Meditation.

We offer services that nourish the mind, heart, and body such as Reiki, bodywork, Thai yoga, and more. From movement classes, workshops, body work, community events, and more, our studio hosts events that support learning, connection, inclusivity, and yogic teachings.. We welcome all collaborators who are like minded and share our vision of a creative, inclusive and welcoming community.

We have a coffee and tea bar where everyone has space to connect and fill their cup (materially and spiritually) and be in community. Our retail space is full of plants to honor our connection to the world as well as books to spark curiosity and conversation.  We invite you to come fill your cup with us.

We believe that the practice of yoga is more than just a workout. It is a spiritual act of self care. At Soma, we understand that each of us is on our own path to wellness which looks different for each of us. That difference unites us in the practice!

  • Buddha translates to “enlightened one”. While this can refer to beings that have attained enlightenment, this can also refer to our own inner Buddha and inner wisdom.
